Terry Scheller, the founder and president of New England Leather Accessories Inc., has been involved in the leather industry since 1972. He started out as a small luggage retailer based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Over only a few years, he grew his small business into a successful retail chain by listening to customer feedback and adapting his products to solve the everyday problems that his customers were concerned about.
